Electrolytes, such as potassium and magnesium, are minerals found naturally in our bodies. The balance of minerals is essential for the normal functioning of our cells, muscles and nerves.
When this balance is disturbed, dehydration can occur. Imbalance can be caused after diarrhoea, with sweating, especially on summer days and with intense physical exercise. Hydrolytes is a combination of potassium and sodium.
